Sa isang membership, 4 na kayo sa pamilya ang covered (1 Primary + 3 Beneficiaries).

Kapag qualified at active member, bawat isa ay may sariling eligibility sa mga program benefits, kasama na ang Hospitalization Benefit na may maximum support na ₱50,000.

Bukod pa rito, maaari ring maging qualified sa:

  • Up to ₱70,000 cash + ₱10,000 groceries (mortuary care, 8 months active and above)
  • ₱40,000 for death through accident (no contestability period)
  • Up to ₱50,000 Hospitalization Benefit (₱4,000/day room, ₱15,000 medicine & laboratory, ₱7,000 grocery)
  • FREE Funeral Services (12 months active) at FREE Memorial Lot (18 months active)

Contributions: ₱14 per death at ₱7 per hospitalization — maliit na ambag, malaking tulong sa bawat pamilya.
